The villa is in the urbanisation of Monte Pego with nice views on the surrounding hills, the coast, the sea, endless fields of orange trees, rice fields and the villages of Vergel and Oliva.

 

From the villa you can see the ever green hills, but no sea, although 100 meters further up or down the road you have a beautiful view on the coast and the surrounding hills.  The house is almost at the end of a dead end road, therefore there  is not much traffic.  A private and shaded car park has place for two cars.

 

The villa is built in typical Catalan style, white walls, arcs and the roof has different levels. There is also a small tower.

 

The tower has 2 circular bed rooms, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs. Adjacent to the bed rooms are bath rooms.

 

When you enter the house you will be in the hall with a library, stairs up to the tower, a door to a bed room and double glass doors to the living room. One side of the living is circular. The other side is rectangular with a gallery on one side and doors to a bath room and to 2 bed rooms, each with 2 single beds.

 

All bath rooms have a shower, a toilet and 2 wash basins. In the tower downstairs there is also a bath tub.

All bed rooms have cubboards with plenty space to put your clothes and luggage.

 

In the living you will find 2 semi circular couches with place for at least 8 persons, a television set with satellite receiver (dish aimed at Astra 3A) and a large table with 8 chairs.  With our wireless network you can connect to the internet everywhere in the house and on most terraces, but there is also an ethernet connection with a small desk for your lap top and other things.

 

From the living you can enter the kitchen with plenty of space and all equipment, such as dish washer, refrigerator/freezer, electric oven and ceramic griddle, microwave and all sorts of small electric appliances.

A washing machine and a wash dryer are in a separate part of the kitchen.

 

Water is safe to drink, but it is a bit chlorinated. You can buy various brands of mineral water in the super markets if you like that better.

 

The house is spacious and cool if you keep windows closed. There are air conditioners in all bed rooms and in the living. All bed rooms, bath rooms and the living have a window with a mosquito net. There is also a mosquito net in a slide door between kitchen and terrace.

 

The terrace has a shaded part with a large table and 2 benches for 8 persons, and a sunny part with 8 lounge chairs in front of the swimming pool.  Also a shower, toilet and a barbeque.

 

Round the house is a large garden with various terraces and places where you can enjoy the sun or the shade.

In the garden you will find various fruit trees, flowers, palm trees and herbs. You can eat the fruit and use the herbs if you like.
