If you make a booking for a certain period we will send you a confirmation with the request to transfer an advance payment of 20% of the total sum to our bank account within 2 weeks.
After receipt of your advance payment the booking will be definite and the remainder should be paid 6 weeks before your arrival. If we do not receive the advance payment within 2 weeks we will cancel the reservation. In case of last minutes we will require the total amount immediately after booking. Two weeks before arrival we will send you one key of the front door and instructions how to get the remaining keys and further information about the house.
